Payment

When booking our holiday apartments, a deposit must be paid. The remaining payment is due before arrival. In exceptional cases, cash payment is possible by arrangement. Debit and credit card payments on site are not possible.​

Check-In / Check-Out

Check-in is between 2:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. and check-out is by 10:00 a.m. You will receive the key personally on site in the holiday apartment. If necessary, 24-hour check-in with a key safe is also possible. On the day of departure, please place the key on the dining table.

Erlebnis Card & Kärnten Card

The guest card is issued to each guest upon request and sent by email. You can purchase the Kärnten Card at the tourist office opposite our holiday apartments. This offers you free entry to around 100 attractions, mountain railways, etc. throughout Carinthia.​

Pastry delivery /  bread service

In cooperation with Morgengold, you can have your oven-fresh pastries delivered to your door every day for a fee. When ordering, please specify “Apartment Karasek” and the top number (3/4/10). Suitable baskets are available in all apartments. Order online or by phone Mon-Fri 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. on 0043/4212/48802.​

Children

All apartments are equipped with many extras for children. We are happy to prepare a cot, fall protection and high chair. Children's dishes and toys are also available in all apartments. We would also be happy to share our recommendations for things to do with children with you.

Public transport

With the guest card, our guests can use public transport free of charge. The bus stop is right in front of the apartments. The Sattendorf regional train station is only about a 4-minute walk away and the S2 line runs between Feldkirchen and Villach.​

Parking

Each apartment has an allocated parking space. The underground parking spaces are also suitable for mobile homes. Next to the holiday apartments there are two public parking spaces where, depending on availability, another car, a trailer, etc. can normally be parked without charge.​

Bike rental

The e-bike and bike rental company ChriSport Bike Experience is only around 1 km away. Rental of Mondraker, Kross and Bären Bikes! High-quality bike equipment such as helmets, glasses, backpacks, shoes, gloves, protectors and much more. Guided e-bike tours in Carinthia, Slovenia and Italy! From September only open on request!​

Rainy weather

Villach and the surrounding area offers many exciting options for young and old, even in rainy weather. We have collected an excerpt for you here, but we would also like to share our personal experiences with you.

Restaurant

Various restaurants with typical Austrian or international cuisine can be reached in the area. Restaurant recommendations can be found here.

Ski bus

By bus daily to the Gerlitzen Alpe ski area, only 1 free bus stop away. You can find the timetable here.

Ski cellar / bike cellar

A ski and bicycle cellar is available to our guests for free use.​

Cancellation

According to § 5.5 of the Austrian General Terms and Conditions, the accommodation contract can be canceled without paying a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the contractual partner up to 3 months before the agreed arrival date. Outside of § 5.5. within the specified period, withdrawal by unilateral declaration by the contractual partner is only possible upon payment of the following cancellation fees: up to 14 days before the day of arrival 50% of the total arrangement price, from 14 days before the day of arrival 100% of the total arrangement price. Beach resort

Whether you come to relax at the beach (with a children's slide and diving board) or as a cyclist, Fritz's team will be happy to pamper you on the glazed and heated terrace directly at the lake and the boat dock. Warm food from 11.30 a.m. Prices can be found here.​

Supermarket

At Seespitz, near the motorway exit, there are various supermarkets, local suppliers, drugstores, bakeries, pharmacies and petrol stations at your disposal. During the summer and winter seasons, Billa and Spar are also open on Sunday (lunch break).​

Drinking water

The tap water in Carinthia is of drinking water quality and can be drunk without hesitation.​

Whether directly from the apartment or in the surrounding area, the picturesque landscape invites you to hikes of varying difficulty. We or the tourism office will be happy to advise you. You can find some recommendations here.
